Please review the following policy to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.
1. Order Processing Time

Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

High Volume: During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing may take an additional day. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Fulfillment & Packaging
To ensure the fastest possible delivery across the country, we utilize a third-party fulfillment network.

Note on Packaging: Please be aware that your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging for shipping. We utilize their logistics network (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) for our small business to ensure your Think Tank arrives safely and quickly, regardless of where you are located in the US.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.
4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We only allow Standard shipping (not expedited) to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
6. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@skoshify.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customercare@skoshify.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
